1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Using the platform for money-laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal or undisclosed sources.
4. Exploiting any technical error, software bug or platform malfunction to obtain credits, free plays or any benefit not intended by bbk44.
5. Registering or using an account if you are under the age of 21.
6. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or any communication with bbk44.

bbk44 uses automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where confirmed, bbk44 may void all bets placed, confiscate all winnings, close the account permanently and pursue legal remedies where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

7. Responsible Gaming

All registered players have access to deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks) and permanent self-exclusion — all available directly from account settings without needing to contact support. Once a self-exclusion is activated, bbk44 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent access for the requested period. 8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, even if bbk44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bbk44's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbk44 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. bbk44 will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability and notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of bbk44. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through bbk44's customer support process within 30 days of the initial complaint shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedures.

You agree that any claim arising out of or related to these T&C must be filed within one year after such claim arose, otherwise it shall be permanently barred. Nothing in these T&C limits bbk44's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bbk44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, bbk44 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account and will post an updated version on the platform with the revised effective date.

Your continued use of bbk44 after any amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
